Common questions
Does this replace our website?
No. Your existing website stays yours. CSA Admin is the back office. Once set up, admin is at admin.your-csa.org and the member area at members.your-csa.org. The registration form is a link or button on your site.
Can we import our existing members/subscriptions?
Yes, easily. I import your data at setup, from your Excel file or another format. The import is included, no extra fee.
Where is the data?
On Hetzner in Nuremberg, Germany. Backups stay in Europe. GDPR/nDSG compliant. source-available code under the O'Saasy license.
Can I self-host?
Yes. All the organizations above are hosted by me (backups, ongoing updates, maintenance), but the source is available if you prefer to run the application yourself (advanced technical knowledge required).
How do members pay?
QR invoices with reference numbers, automatic payment matching (EBICS or a manual import), reminder emails, and SEPA Direct Debit.
